In the initial phase, our focus is on completing the fork of Fractal Bitcoin and setting up the foundational infrastructure. This includes minting native CAT-20 tokens and creating a bridge for seamless migration of assets like CAT-20 and Bitcoin into the Opimize ecosystem.
Developers will also gain access to core modular functions like minting, burning, reflecting, staking, and governance through the OPCAT opcode.
With the core platform established, we’ll launch a marketplace where developers can trade FunBlocks, MdApps, and tokens. This phase will also see the continuous development of more advanced opcode functionalities for sophisticated dApp creation.
This phase is where interoperability truly takes center stage. We’ll build bridges to major blockchains like Ethereum and Solana and integrate zk-SNARKs for added privacy and scalability. This phase will focus heavily on cross-chain asset swaps and real-time integration of assets like BRC-20 tokens.
As the ecosystem matures, we will gradually phase out any centralized control, handing over full governance to the community through the DAO. This phase will also explore real-world asset integration, bridging the gap between decentralized and traditional finance.
The ultimate vision for Opimize is to be the most decentralized, community-owned, modular and interoperable blockchain for dApp ecosystems, where developers can create virtually anything imaginable without sacrificing the core values of decentralization, community ownership, and Bitcoin-level security.
